Irritating modifications

I bought the full app years ago.

the recent modifications means that if you try to scroll through the pages too quickly, you get a yellow banner notice about making the font smaller.

YOU CANNOT SCROLL THROUGH TOO QUICKLY WITHOUT SEEING THIS IRRITATING AND UNNECESSARY YELLOW BANNER.

Who thinks this is a good idea? Why is it there ALL THE TIME?
